Because on.... June 26, we had a powerful Full Moon, Lunar Eclipse, effecting our whole past weekend! And this Monday, June 28, we are still feeling it's effect!
Eclipses come twice a year, and they always come in pairs – a lunar eclipse followed by a solar eclipse – just a fortnight later. Our corresponding solar eclipse will fall on July 11, 2010.
This past weekend's partial lunar eclipse was visible over Western US and Canada, Alaska, Antarctica, Australia, the Middle East and East Asia.
A lunar eclipse, occurs when the Earth is positioned between the Moon and the Sun, cutting off the light of the Sun from the Moon. Lunar eclipses always occur during a full Moon and are supposed to mark the end of something in life....perhaps changing your attitude or mind about something that will eventually produce a big future change in your life?
What a Lunar eclipse required of you over our just past weekend, was that you balance two opposites in your life.
Like trying to appear strong, as well as compromising in a relationship? Fulfilling your need to be of service to others, taking time out for self... to protect your own security... keeping the bigger picture in mind.
This particular lunar eclipse aligned with other major celestial influences, with seven planets participating. Saturday July 3, 2010 starts out our 4th of July weekend...and we do need to keep... as caution minded... as possible... with our celebrating!

Our work week begins with officially ushering in summer... in the northern hemisphere on this... Monday June 21, 2010.
Yes, the Sun moves into Cancer marking the first day of summer 2010!
In the lands south of the equator, this marks the Winter solstice. Traditionally the Sun moving into Cancer... marks one of the four Cardinal Seasons in the year...
the others being... Aries...starting out our new year, with the Season of Spring...the time of "Planting"...
Libra...the Season of Fall...the time of "Harvesting" what we planted in Spring... and cultivated in the summer.
Capricorn... Winter...the time of "Sleep"...to prepare for the coming of the New year, and a New spring?
These are important marking points in the progress of the annual solar cycle, being times of renewal, and necessary change!
Cancer...is the time to "Cultivate" what we have planted in Spring.
It is a highly creative, ambitious, sensitive emotional sign. It rules our desire for security... the feminine...the Home... the family. It puts a high value on loyalty, patriotism, friends... and wants to nurture and protect them.
However, all will not run that smoothly... as the sign of Cancer, steps us into summer.

Yes, today begins with the planet that rules our love -lives and finances...Venus entering the fire sign of Leo! Which should liven up our emotional moods, giving us all more drive towards getting what we desire, for the next 25 days.
And with affectionate Venus in party loving Leo... we can now be rather glitzy? But it will tend to add more sparkle to all social occasions!
This Monday is also one when our desires are more centred in and around our home, due to our moon... in the home-loving sign of Cancer....which makes this Monday a good one to set emotional goals, that are tied to your future security.
Tuesday June 15, the new trend that our Venus as geared us into... is heightened...with the moons entrance also, in Leo! Making Tuesday a very active one! All sun signs could notice a busy schedule....

This week's astrological influence continues to move us all forward... as we finally begin to cover new ground!

However, the good news... is we are finally... going to be into a new astral- influence that gets our lives moving again.

And that astrological fact... brings true momentum to all those hold -ups, delays, and unexpected changes that you have been experiencing for over thirty days.
Too bad it comes at the end of this week, but will at least... be a pleasant factor in helping us with our holiday weekend, ideas and plans over Memorial Day.
